Code Aakar is a hackathon platform for students from Class 6 upward, built on a simple belief: good ideas are everywhere, but most of them never get built. We're here to change the odds — starting in school.

§ 01Why we exist
Somewhere right now, someone has a brilliant idea that will never leave their notes app.
Not because it's a bad idea — because ideas are shapeless. They need a deadline, collaborators, feedback and a reason to start. A good hackathon gives them all four in a single weekend.
Code Aakar exists to make those weekends happen more often, for more people — starting in school, where NEP 2020 brings coding in from Class 6. We help schools, colleges and companies run great hackathons and help students find the ones worth their time — so more ideas make it from a point to a shape.

In step with national goals
The Ministry of Education's NEP 2020 aims for an education system “second to none” by 2040, and India is working towards Viksit Bharat by 2047. The students who will build it are in Classes 6 to 12 today — we want them building now.
